The objects of the Company are to carry on activities which benefit the community and in particular (without limitation) To provide business and life skills to the disadvantaged and people at risk through the use of music, film, fashion, and radio. To create wellbeing, diversity and equality projects within the community developing employability for people at risk who are neither in education or training.

To provide fully funded accredited courses for the disadvantaged and people at risk. To inspire people to achieve knowledge and learn skills to deal with situations in life through music, film, fashion, and radio and practical hands on learning.

To change peoples’ lives through character and confidence building using music, film, fashion and radio as the inspiration. We will tackle challenging disciplines and low self-esteem by rewarding them with respect and accountability. Everyone will be treated equally and fairly regardless of their race, background or sexuality.

Through promoting individual creativity, self-awareness and showing emotional attachment to music, film, fashion and radio.

We will work with the disadvantaged and people at risk in Merseyside who are currently struggling with disabilities in the community.The Big Condo Training Academy CIC will look to address these issues through the expression of music, film, radio and fashion, help service users develop their own style and help them launch their own creative careers with accredited training, work experience and community projects.

To work with the youth in sport to create a voice for the youth through football and media or sport and media. Create confidence and character through body positive campaigns through fashion and modelling for disadvantaged who would not normally get the opportunity to progress.To have a drop-in service for musicians and artists alike to be given free career advice on their music telling them what their next steps are and how to prepare.

To give artists free rehearsal space so they can progress musically from learning and mentoring from the academy free service.To offer recording studio facilities to new and existing musical artists from all backgrounds and to give people of the community a chance to learn and experience it all first hand. Also offering adr for new film makers.

Motivating and inspiring people with anxiety and depression to get them back into work or uplifting them to feel that they can achieve what they put their minds too.To work with the arts and theatre groups of the city to give them a platform on community radio.

To work with young children with alternative education technique’s in dance and drama, exercise an uplift them, prepare them for the modern society.

To work within the LGBT community creating project’s that bring equality and diversity into the community using film, fashion, music and radio.
